About Us
Country Paws is a purpose built kennel complex, situated in a quiet rural area located between Armagh, Dungannon and Aughnacloy.
We are a small family run kennel, located within a private 2 acre site surrounded by large open fields.
Each dog has its own kennel with a covered external run, so that they may sit outside when they wish, except in adverse weather conditions and at night, when the door to the external run will be closed.
Each kennel is washed and disinfected every day.
Our day starts at 6.30am when each dog will have the first exercise and they will be exercised regularly in our secure paddocks. Dogs are walked on their own or with their family 4 times per day.
All dogs have a last exercise at 8.30pm.
We do provide warm, comfortable bedding and a plastic box. Alternatively if you prefer to bring your own bedding, toys or something familiar, this will help them to feel secure and settled.
All special diets will be catered for. We prefer to feed your dog their usual food at the time they are normally fed at home.

Terms & Conditions
- VACCINATIONS. Your dog MUST be vaccinated against canine distemper, infectious hepatitis, canine parvovirus and leptospirosis. We must have proof of this annual booster with an up to date vets certificate. If we do not see this, we will have to refuse to accept your dog(s).
- ILLNESS. We reserve the right to refuse admission to any dog that appears unwell or has any condition that may be contagious.
- VETS. We have a vet on call 24 hrs a day. If, in our opinion, it is necessary for a vet to attend your pet whilst in our care, the vet's cost will be added to your bill.
- HEALTH AND SAFETY. Whilst we will take all reasonable care to look after your dog while in our care, no liability will be accepted for anything arising from the intervention of outside agencies.
- BITCHES. We will not accept a bitch that is in season.
- KENNEL COUGH. We will not accept any dog that appears to have kennel cough. Because of the nature of the virus we cannot prevent the spread of t through the kennels, so we cannot accept any liability if your dog contracts the virus, even if they have had any of the kennel cough vaccines.
- BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT. All bookings, either by phone or in person, will be treated as "firm". We ask for the full boarding fees to be settled at the time of collection, by cash, Paypal or bank transfer. Sorry, we do not take credit or debit cards.
- CANCELLATIONS. Any cancellations or booking changes must be notified in writing 7 days before booking start date. FAILURE TO NOTIFY US, PARTICULARLY AT PEAK TIMES, WILL RESULT IN FULL FEES BEING CHARGED.
- DELIVERY AND COLLECTION. If you find that you need to alter your dates from the original booking, please give as much notice as possible. It may not be possible to increase your booking at peak times. Please check your dates carefully and allow a day either side of your holiday dates, to avoid disappointment. Drop off times are between 8-9am, collection times between 5-6.30pm.
- FAILURE TO COLLECT. We reserve to right to relocate any dog not collected within 14 days of the agreed collection date, if we receive no communication from the owner or agent and all efforts to contact the owner have failed.
- LIABILITY.
We accept no liability for any illness, death or injury to any animal however caused while in our care. Country Paws will not be liable for any material damage caused by an animal in its care or any further damage whether resulting in death or personal injury arising from any characteristic of the animal which is not generally known or which have not brought to our attention. Please be aware that if you dog wishes to bring its own toys Countrypaws will not be responsible for any loss or damage.
